About the Company

Dio Graciaa is a leading modular furniture manufacturer based in Dehradun, specializing in kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and more. Operating out of a 50,000 sq. ft. European-standard facility, the company serves residential and commercial clients across North India.

Position: Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the manufacturing floor and ensure that production targets are met with efficiency, quality, and safety in mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the modular furniture production unit
• Coordinate with carpenters, machine operators, and quality control teams
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain material and manpower records
• Troubleshoot issues related to production delays or machine downtimes
• Implement and maintain safety standards on the shop floor
• Report daily/weekly progress to the operations or plant manager

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role (modular furniture/manufacturing preferred)
• Understanding of CNC, beam saws, edge banders, and other furniture machinery
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• strong technical knowledge and leadership potential may also apply
