The Head of Production Operations will lead, manage, and continuously improve the production operations of mobile telecom equipment manufacturing. This includes overseeing end-to-end production processes, ensuring quality control, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and driving cost-effective, timely manufacturing to meet customer demands. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise in high-tech manufacturing environments. You have: Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering) preferred. 1015 years of experience in production operations preferred, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role. Experience in mobile telecom, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing sectors is preferred. Proven track record of leading complex production environments and achieving cost, quality, and delivery targets. It would be nice if you also had: Good knowledge of learn manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and global supply chain dynamics is preferred. Develop and implement production strategies aligned with company goals. Lead production planning, scheduling, and execution across all manufacturing units. Establish KPIs for operational performance and continuously track improvements. Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Engineering to ensure smooth operations. Oversee day-to-day operations of manufacturing plants/facilities. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, RoHS, CE). Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Drive adoption of Industry 4.0/ 5.0, IoT, and smart manufacturing technologies. Evaluate and invest in advanced equipment and automation solutions. Ensure manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, etc.) are optimized and well-integrated
