Role Overview: We are seeking motivated and skilled Production Operators for our Hyderabad manufacturing plant. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production quality, and supporting smooth workflow on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with experience in cable manufacturing or similar production environments. Key Responsibilities: Operate machines such as stranding, extrusion, armoring, sheathing, or ribbonizing based on shift assignment. Monitor production parameters and machine settings to ensure quality output. Perform visual inspection of in-process and finished cables to detect defects. Handle raw materials, load machines, and manage spools or reels as required. Record daily production data and downtime logs accurately. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the work area (5S compliance). Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Assist in changeovers, maintenance shutdowns, and new product trials as required. Key Requirements: Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass with relevant experience. Experience: 1-4 years in cable manufacturing, extrusion, or related industries preferred. Ability to work in rotating shifts (Day/Night) as per plant requirements. Basic knowledge of machine operations and safety protocols. Physically fit and able to stand for long durations.
