To implement Proactively Operational Preventive actions as submitted through CAPA To provide Technical Training and Re-training to all Production teammates to develop their Productive skill. To control the Store Inventory by logical Justification of Consumption trend and Item Purchasing and its minimum aging for all Consumables and Spares. To do 5S Activities and nurture TPM attitude among Teammates. To review the Performance weekly and submit report to Plant Head. To ensure that Avg. Production Per day as per Norms or Bench Marks Production per day in each & every size. To ensure to submit Monthly Performance report with Continual Improvement Plan in 1st week of Each & Every Month. To coordinate Sales team for any new Product development to Capitalize the market share To ensure to meet all Statutory compliance in all area of application. To ensure Good and Productive work culture by Motivation and strong connection with All teammates. To prepare and maintain ISO Documentation To ensure implementation of TPM in all area and activities through regular training, retraining and skill development of all teammates. To create healthy environment by Zero Case of Grievance of teammates. To develop Teammates for their good safety behavioural through regular Training & Retraining To ensure manpower availability as per Organization Structure and raise MRF to fill vacancy through Proper Recruitment with Co-ordination of HRD. To create healthy environment and lead to Zero Attrition by Proper Justification of Fixing KRA and its effective Evaluation of All Teammates. To ensure proper House keeping in all areas of Activities.
