Job Description

Role & responsibilities : • Plan, organize, direct, and oversee all day-to-day plant operations and maintenance. • Accountable for achieving Production, Maintenance, Quality, Dispatch and Safety targets. Monitoring, coordinating, directing & facilitating production & maintenance team & day to day activities. • Establish and implement SOP s and quality check protocols used to identify and resolve issues during production. • Cost Management & Control of Opex, Tech Spendings & Working Capital Management by Inventory Control, Non Moving & Slow moving Inventories action Plan • Industrial Management Approach by OEE, AU, CU % & Asset Care Analysis & Controls • Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs. • Control Monitor & Sustain Budgeted Energy Utilities, Variable; Cost Opex I Maintenance Spares & Tech Spends • Will be responsible for timely production & dispatch of all products ensuring standard quality & yields. • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. • Assist in defining, implementing, and driving safety policies and related compliances. • To ensure all the prescribed permits and quality standards are maintained on the raw materials, packing materials, products, and the plant along with environment and safety compliances. • Will be responsible for maintenance of plant and machineries of the factory. • Manage a team of PPC-MM-QA-QC-EHS-PMEU, supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and effective performance defined KRA-KI-Goal • Use & implement, follow Business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) • Cost Control Initiatives & Opportunities Propose for approvals & Implementation. • Initiatives wrt to Continuous Improvement, Industry Best Practice & Team Alignment • Establish Service level commitments with Internal Customers & Suppliers, NPD New Product Development & Support to Technical Service from Quality Point of View • Translates the Management Organization Goals & Mission -Vision-Value in Team Preferred candidate profile : Min 10 to 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry who are into Production and Operations profile. Preferred Industry: Chemical , Pharmaceutical , FMCG etc...
