Job Description:

PureFem is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing unit at Peddavutupalli, specializing in the production of sanitary napkin vending machines and incinerators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process to ensure timely and quality manufacturing of machines.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities for optimal efficiency and output.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure targets are met without compromising quality.
• Ensure proper utilization of resources—manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Maintain strict quality control standards and coordinate with the QA team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues in the production line.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and train production staff, maintain discipline, and motivate the team.
• Collaborate with the procurement and inventory team for materials planning.
• Generate production reports and report progress to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing production in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical production processes, preferably related to vending/incinerator equipment.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on approach with problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
