Job Description

willing to move to Zambia.

Responsibilities:

Develop production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory level.
Implement and enforce quality standards and procedures.
Control production costs.
Work as an R & D to follow up with market trends.
Monitor daily production and resolve production issues.
Monitor formula consistency and ensure any adjustments are documented and approved.
Support the development of new products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Problem solving and decision making skills.
Organized.
Willing to relocate to Zambia.
