Looking out for Glass Manufacturing A ) Production Manager or Manufacturing manager Well versed in the systems and processes of running a glass processing unit with all facilities like Toughened , Double glazing , Laminated , Automotive, and ceramic 1. Planning - should be well versed with the nuances of planning . Planning the production , dispatch and material input . 2. Can manage a plant with a capacity to handle jumbo sized glasses 3. Well versed technically to understand all modern technology and machines 4. Have handled blue collared of around 200 5. Good communication skills 6. Good trainer 7. Works on the best practices of manufacturing like 5s , regular quality checking , continuous improvement in processes and QMS 8. Wants to see himself as a leader in the shop floor . 9. Has a pleasing personality such that people can come to him for their issues . 10. Technical degree like BE and / or MBA 11. Related Experience of at least 10 years 12. Attitude of learning and teaching and a pleasant personality such that he is capable of being in charge .
