Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Production Manager located in Lucknow. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of jewelry products. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and team members, maintaining quality control standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Manager will also be responsible for resource allocation, inventory management, and problem-solving to ensure smooth production processes.

Qualifications

Experience in production management, resource allocation, and inventory management
Knowledge of quality control standards and continuous improvement processes
Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Lucknow
Relevant experience in the jewelry manufacturing industry is a plus
