Job Description

Production Planning and Scheduling:
Developing and managing production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.
Process Optimization:
Identifying and implementing improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
Quality Control:
Implementing and maintaining quality control systems to ensure that products meet established standards and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership:
Leading and motivating production staff, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to SOPs, GMP, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, WHO).
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving production-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure batch integrity.
Cost Management:
Developing and managing budgets for production operations, optimizing resource allocation, and controlling expenses.
Safety Enforcement:
Enforcing workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Documentation:
Ensuring that all relevant documentation is maintained as per SOPs and quality standards.
Equipment Maintenance:
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
