Job Description

Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant pharmaceutical regulations, including GMP, DSCSA, and state licensing requirements. Team Management: Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring they meet performance goals and adhere to safety protocols. Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics. Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers, ensure timely deliveries, and address any quality issues. Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Qualifications: Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry. Education: A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is often preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and pharmaceutical regulations is highly desirable.
