Production Executive

Production Planning & Execution:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring production schedules are met without compromising on quality.
• Monitor and control the production process, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with the planning team for raw material requirements and production timelines.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control guidelines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to product specifications.
• Conduct inspections of production batches and address any deviations.

Inventory & Material Management:

• Ensure timely availability of materials and consumables for production.
• Maintain stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Liaise with the procurement team for material requisitions and track material usage.

Team Coordination & Supervision:

• Supervise and train production line staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide support in troubleshooting any technical issues in production.
• Coordinate between different departments such as Quality Control, R&D, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, production logs, and inventory data.
• Prepare regular reports on production efficiency, quality control, and material usage for senior management.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement strategies for improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
• Suggest and assist in the implementation of new technologies and innovations in production.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: BSC/ MSC/ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in the Ayurvedic or herbal products industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality control procedures. Familiarity with Ayurvedic production processes, formulations, and machinery is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
