Job Details \u201CThe Engineer \u2013 Production\u201D is responsible for managing and operating Auto Turning Machines (Sliding Head Automats) to produce precision components in alignment with production schedules and quality standards. Also, the engineer needs to handle machine setup, changeovers, tooling, and troubleshooting, with a focus on achieving efficiency, minimizing downtime, and maintaining production quality.  External Interfaces

1. Machine Operations Efficient operation of Auto Turning Machines to meet delivery timelines. Timely setup and changeovers for new production runs. Tooling

3. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Quick resolution of machine issues to reduce downtime by escalating to Maintenance team.
4. Process Optimization:  Identifying areas for improvement in production efficiency. Implementing solutions to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
5. Safety and Compliance Awareness of workplace safety protocols and machine safety guidelines.
6. Team Collaboration Coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams. Documenting and sharing progress, issues, and solutions across shifts
