Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Execution:Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and procedures to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, including GMP, ISO 13485, and other relevant guidelines.
• Team Management:Supervise and motivate production staff, provide training, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Resource Management:Coordinate the availability of raw materials, equipment, and other resources necessary for production.
• Process Optimization:Identify areas for improvement in production processes, implement changes, and monitor efficiency.
• Safety and Compliance:Ensure adherence to safety regulations, maintain a safe working environment, and comply with all relevant standards.
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate production records, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and ensure proper stock management.
• Problem Solving:Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure smooth production processes and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in ELECTROPNICS
• Experience in a production role within the medical device industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
