IIHS is looking to hire a skilled and experienced architect who will be responsible for supporting design and documentation of campus development activities, including but not restricted to site planning, architectural design, detailed working drawings, 3d models, as-built drawings and analysis of various sustainability parameters. The work will also involve direct architectural intervention as per regular business practices, as well as research, publications, prototyping and creation of policies, standards and guidelines. Additionally, the incumbent is expected to be involved in the full range of activities at IIHS; the candidate will thus also be expected to be part of IIHS teaching programmes, its public conferences and conventions, and its capacity-building programmes through executive education and short courses; providing support to other IIHS activities including academics, research, training, practice, operations and others; participating in all activities of Institution-Building at IIHS; carrying out tasks as assigned by IIHS; and traveling on IIHS work within or outside the country as and when needed. The architect will report to the Lead Campus Development at IIHS and will be required to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of internal teams and external individuals, organizations, and students.
