In addition, elegant flower company Pvt. ltd offers a wide array of services, such as exclusive contract production of customer varieties, contract research development of new protocols, training of manpower in tissue culture and sourcing of select planting materials.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Executive located in Kolkata. The Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, planning production schedules, and ensuring timely completion of production tasks. The role includes managing production staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. The Production Executive will also be responsible for implementing SOP technology practices and ensuring the smooth operation of production processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Production Planning and Production Management skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Quality Control practices
• Knowledge of Plant tissue culture Technology
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or master's degree in biotechnology, Botany or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
