Job Summary:
You will define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, user-centric healthcare solutions.
Engage with clinicians and administrators to gather insights and translate them into actionable product features.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
Drive integration strategies with external systems like PACS, LIS, and billing platforms.
Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Leverage market research and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
Preferred experience with EMR platforms like Epic, Cerner, or Indian HIS systems.
10+ years in product management, with 5+ in healthcare tech, is required.
