Wit By Bit designs and builds enterprise software solutions, along with in-house SaaS products used by growing businesses. We’re looking for a Product Manager to be the nerve center of our operations — bridging teams, clients, and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

– Plan and review daily tasks with cross-functional teams

– Act as the interface between founders, team members, and customers

– Translate client needs into clear tasks and deliverables

– Manage timelines, priorities, and resource allocation across projects

– Oversee progress on both client projects and internal product development

What We’re Looking For:

– Strong communication and task management skills

– Ability to think clearly under pressure and solve problems independently

– Understanding of software development and enterprise systems

– Experience with agile workflows, project tracking tools, and cross-team coordination

– Previous experience in product/project/program management is a big plus
