Product Manager

The Product Manager - Will be a trusted advisor to the business in gathering requirements, problem domains and identifying constraints so that the appropriate solution can be recommended to the business. This person will have in-depth knowledge of Product and all it offers so that the business can be properly positioned for success on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Be able to manage implementations of Hive, from initial user trial, through launch and ongoing support.
• Train lead users in each office so those users can support the teams locally.
• As part of implementations, work with the business to import seeding data.
• Gather requirements from the business so that product can be configured properly to suit the business needs and present these to the product owner and team for evaluation.
• Own the artifacts needed to express the business requirements
• Create the technical documentation as needed to hand of the implementation team.
• Work closely with the implementation team on any customizations and updates that the business identifies.
• Serve as ongoing POC to the business to discuss future needs, and present these to the team for evaluation and prioritization on the backlog.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience meeting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Expert understanding and all the component pieces of the platform.
• Experience working within a busy marketing communications function.
• Experience with agency project and resource management – deep understanding of the processes involved.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or a closely related field. Experience in a global marketing environment a plus.
• Expert in developing requirements documentation including meeting with stakeholders and generating artifacts on their behalf.
• Knowledge of Work Management Systems a plus.
• Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above-listed job responsibilities.
