Eligibility

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in GTM
• Prior experience in Agri-tech Platforms or in social sector is preferred.

What you'll do

• Be the product visionary:

  You'll lead product strategy across our entire ecosystem, that spans across SDGs.

• Champion user love:

  Collaborate with design and engineering to craft delightful and impactful user experiences, ensuring our products seamlessly meet the needs of both communities and businesses.

• Navigate the frontier:

  Identify emerging market opportunities such as Web3 and AI, and spearhead initiatives to harness their potential for positive impact.

• Build trust through innovation:

  Design and implement a novel proof-of-stake framework to validate models and establish trust in our evaluation and benchmarking processes.

• Become a strategic partner:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps that perfectly align with our go-to-market strategies.

We're looking for someone who

• Thrives in the startup world:

  You have 3+ years of experience in a product-driven company, and a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments. (Bonus points for working in Impact Sector / Social Ventures!)

• Has a designer's eye:

  Your portfolio showcases a strong grasp of user interaction and visual design principles

• Is a strategic thinker:

  You can translate customer and business needs into clear product roadmaps that drive results.
