About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our cross-functional team. You will work closely with designers, developers (Frontend, PHP, React), freelancers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to drive product development and ensure the success of our Final Review CRM product.

Your primary goal will be to help businesses easily understand, adopt, and get value from the product’s key features.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate real problems into actionable product tasks.
• Write clear product specifications, use cases, and mock-ups as needed.
• Own and update a clear weekly product roadmap.
• Prioritize features using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Remove roadblocks by collaborating with team members or management.
• Maintain alignment across all involved teams.
• Provide input on product design, and optionally marketing or operations.
• Drive the full product lifecycle – from concept to launch and beyond.
• Follow best practices in product development and agile methodologies.
• Keep the product backlog updated and aligned with business priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product or platform development.
• Hands-on experience in CRM product development – ✅ MUST HAVE.
• Deep understanding of CRM workflows, user roles, and business logic.
• Experience leading and improving CRM platforms with impactful features.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
• Good understanding of tech, data, and business processes.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams across locations.
• Open to feedback and quick in implementing changes.
• Basic knowledge of UX design principles.
• Confident decision-maker and leader.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience researching competitors and converting insights into improvements.
• Ability to write user stories and define success metrics.
• Proven ability to manage tasks and deadlines across multiple functions.
• Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking for post-launch improvements.
