What You Will Do

This role focuses on industrial engineering, production optimisation, and continuous improvement to deliver high-volume output with top quality and minimal cost.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop production tools, moulds, jigs, etc., and ensure smooth workflow.
Evaluate and select or develop appropriate machinery, tools, and equipment for enhanced efficiency.
Conduct pilot runs to validate processes before full-scale production and solve potential issues early.
Introduce advanced machinery and tools to boost speed and precision.
Standardize production processes for repeatability and consistency.
Stay up to date with the latest manufacturing technologies and implement relevant innovations.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Industrial Engineer or Production Optimization Specialist with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or accessories production. Candidates should have practical experience with tools, jigs, and moulds, and demonstrate process and machinery optimization expertise.
