Job Description

OFB Tech (OfBusiness)

is a tech-enabled platform facilitating raw material procurement and financing for the B2B sector. Focused on manufacturing and infrastructure, it offers metals, chemicals, polymers, agri commodities, and more. The platform integrates offline expertise with tech via services like Oxyzo (NBFC) for credit and BidAssist for marketing support.

What You Will Do

Design with Purpose:
Lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery across customer and internal tools.
Balance Design Business:
Align UX with business objectives like efficiency, conversion, and retention.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with PMs, developers, and designers on complex admin tools and high-density data UIs.
User Research Empathy:
Conduct interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions for both internal and external users.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity to guide UX improvements.
Prototyping Testing:
Build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; iterate based on feedback.
Responsive Design Excellence:
Design adaptive UIs that perform well across desktop and mobile devices with accessibility in mind.
Iterate Improve:
Enhance existing designs based on user behavior and business evolution.
Admin Platform Mastery:
Design powerful, intuitive admin portals with layered roles and complex workflows.

What We Are Looking For

35 years of UI/UX design experience, especially in B2B/internal platforms.
Portfolio showcasing admin platforms, dashboards, or tools with layered complexity.
Strong understanding of UCD, interaction design, and system thinking.
Experience with analytics tools and data-informed design decisions.
Agile experience with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with tools like Lovable.dev, ChatGPT, and AI-powered workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with passion for pixel-perfect execution.
