Position Description

• Manage Tickets All procurement tickets logged in have to be assigned to procurement team. Supporting document as per the process to be collected for each of the project/ticket Make docket of all relevant document for each project Save the docket in the portal.b) Create RFQ comparisons Work to obtain minimum comparisons as per the procurement guidelines Help creating comparative charges/tables for each ticket.c) Create presentation for gate review Work closely on capex projects to create presentations for managementd) Co-ordination between various departments Work with various teams for clearance
