Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement Executive with a strong background in medical devices and equipment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement operations, especially in handling tenders, vendor development, and ensuring product compliance with technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Tender Management:

• Prepare compliance sheets, catalogues, and authorization letters as per tender requirements.
• Search for and evaluate suppliers providing 100% compliant products as per tender specifications.
• Collect quotations, conduct rate negotiations, and ensure timely submission of tender documents.
• Create costing sheets and final tender price quotes.

B) Procurement Operations:

• Source and procure medical devices, consumables, and equipment.
• Handle purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage stock requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate procurement as per departmental and project needs.

C) Vendor Management & Development:

• Identify, develop, and manage reliable vendors in the medical field.
• Evaluate vendor performance and build long-term partnerships.
• Ensure the best combination of cost, quality, and delivery.

D) Order & Department Management:

• Manage the entire order lifecycle – from inquiry to delivery.
• Support the smooth functioning of the purchase department, ensuring compliance with policies and timelines.
• Collaborate with the sales, service, and accounts teams for alignment and documentation.

E) Product Research & Market Understanding:

• Stay updated with new technologies, medical equipment trends, and pricing benchmarks.
• Evaluate multiple vendors/suppliers for competitive analysis and performance tracking.

Requirement:

• Graduate in Science / Commerce / Engineering / Business, Biomedical Engineer are more preferrable.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement of medical devices and hospital equipment.
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications, supplier markets, and compliance documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, tender portals, and procurement tools.
• Ability to handle high-value procurement and time-bound tender processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
