Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support the school’s purchasing and supply chain operations. The role involves assisting in sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining stock of school supplies, ensuring smooth and cost-effective procurement aligned with school needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying reliable suppliers and obtaining quotations.
• Support in preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
• Coordinate with departments to collect requirements (stationery, furniture, teaching aids, etc.).
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist in quality checks and stock verification upon receipt of materials.
• Maintain and update vendor database and pricing records.
• Work closely with the accounts team for invoice verification and vendor payments.
• Ensure adherence to school procurement policies and budget limits.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in procurement or admin roles.
• Experience in a school/educational setup will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
• Willingness to learn procurement software and processes.
• Positive attitude and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
