Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily printing tasks and ensure timely job execution. Monitor print quality and ensure adherence to company standards. Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for job workflow. Allocate tasks to machine operators and helpers efficiently. Maintain proper data and records of daily output, material usage, and job sheets. Report machine or technical issues to the In-charge promptly. Monitor inventory of printing materials and coordinate replenishment. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist in training junior staff on process flow and job handling. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in printing operations or related supervisory roles. Basic computer knowledge is a must – MS Excel, job tracking, and data entry. Experience in maintaining daily reports and job logs . Understanding of printing processes, materials (vinyl, flex, etc.), and basic machine handling. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
