As Principal, you will lead strategic engagements with top-tier banking clients, drive business development, and act as a thought leader in shaping their presence in the Indian financial services market. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the banking ecosystem—retail, commercial, payments, risk, digital, or regulatory—and a strong network of industry relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years

  of experience in management consulting, banking, or financial services with a strong focus on

  strategy in the banking sector

  .
• Proven track record of leading large-scale consulting engagements and delivering results for banking clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain C-level relationships and drive business development.

• MBA from a Tier-1 business school

  (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.) is required.
