Position Ove rview:Enam Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced investment professional to join its Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC) team as a Principal. This is a senior-level role that will play a key part in identifying, evaluating, executing, and managing investments in high-growth private companies and early-stage ven tures. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of deal sourcing, investment execution, and portfolio management, along with a deep understanding of market trends, business models, and founder dynamics. A high degree of integrity, analytical rigor, and relationship orientation is essential, in line with Enam's value-driven c ulture.Key Responsibi lities:Lead end-to-end deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and execution of PE/VC inves tments.Conduct comprehensive financial, operational, and strategic due dil igence.Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, industry stakeholders, and co-inv estors.Monitor and support portfolio companies, including strategic input at the board level.Develop thematic investment theses and identify emerging trends aligned with Enam’s long-term phil osophy.Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge bu ilding.
