• Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all R&D initiatives related to material development for high-temperature energy systems.
• Spearhead the design, simulation, and optimization of materials using modeling tools.
• Provide technical direction on material selection, performance validation, and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to translate R&D outcomes into real-world deployments.
• Establish long-term research goals aligned with Voltanova’s vision for advanced thermal storage technologies.
• Qualifications:PhD or Master’s degree in Materials Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in materials research and development, ideally in thermal or energy systems.
• Deep expertise in high-temperature materials, including ceramics, graphite, and insulation composites.
