Principal Business System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle CX and CPQ solutions.


• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.


• Configure and customize Oracle CPQ modules including Product Configuration, Pricing Rules, Workflows, and Approvals.


• Integrate Oracle CX/CPQ with other enterprise systems (e. g. , CRM, ERP, middleware).


• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of implemented solutions.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and user queries in a timely manner.


• Develop technical documentation, training materials, and support procedures.


• Stay up to date on Oracle product updates, best practices, and industry trends.


• QualificationsRequired:


• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CX Cloud and Oracle CPQ implementation and support.


• Strong understanding of Oracle CPQ modules including Commerce, Configuration, Pricing, and Document Engine.


• Experience with scripting (BML), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and web services (REST/SOAP).


• Solid experience with data migration, testing, and UAT support.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Oracle CPQ Certification.

Experience with Salesforce or Oracle Sales Cloud integrations.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
