Job Summary
The Presales specialist is responsible for driving the presales process, crafting innovative solutions tailored to client needs, and collaborating closely with sales teams to convert leads into opportunities. This role involves deep technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to position the organizations products or services effectively in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities
Presales Engagement

Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide strategic solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Develop and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and tenders with well-structured documentation.
Solution Design and Proposals

Design customized solutions that align with client business goals and technical environments.
Create comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, balancing feasibility and profitability.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, and marketing) to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
Act as the primary technical liaison for clients during the sales cycle.
Market and Product Knowledge

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Develop deep expertise in the organization s products, services, and value propositions.
Team Leadership and Enablement

Mentor and guide junior team members in technical and client-facing activities.
Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives across sales and technical teams.
Sales Support

Assist in deal qualification and pipeline prioritization.
Engage in post-sale activities to ensure smooth transitions to implementation teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
10-12 years in a presale, solution consulting, or related technical role.
Proven track record of successfully supporting large-scale deals and managing client relationships.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in relevant technologies, platforms, or domains (e.g., cloud, SaaS, AI, digital transformation).
Ability to design and document technical architecture and workflows.
Soft Skills:
Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, Commercetools).
Experience in specific industries (e.g., banking, retail, healthcare) to provide tailored solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Conversion rates of presales engagements to successful deals.
Quality and timeliness of RFP/RFI responses.
Client satisfaction ratings post-sales cycle.
Knowledge sharing and enablement metrics for the sales team.
