Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales & delivery teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored Power Platform solutions for back office operations
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.
  • Design solution architectures that integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and create compelling solution for all BPO BFS transformation
  • Support post-sales handover to delivery teams with detailed documentation and solution blueprints.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Min 4 years in presales and solution for process transformation for BPO BFS.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
