Job Purpose

• The Lead – Business Solutions (Presales) should have an experience of 5-8 years of experience in bid management and pre-sales support activities. Should be able to independently work on proposals, bid responses and provide support in sales support activities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), business analysis skills, and a good understanding of software development processes and latest technologies.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluation of client’s business requirements and solutioning.
• Proposal/bid response creation.
• Coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
• Adherence to processes, timelines and quality guidelines.
• Actively engage with sales personnel for business development.
• Provide research support/market intelligence to sales regions.
• Support nurturing and closing business opportunities.
• Create case studies, blogs, etc.
• Provide support for region/domain events.

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies

• 5-8 years experience in bid management & pre-sales support.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Business analysis skills.
• Understanding of software development processes and latest technologies.
• Bachelors degree.
