Job Description

Position:- Pre-Sales Engineer Location:- Raipur, Chhattisgarh Key Responsibilities: Meeting / Discussing with potential customers. Understanding customer needs. Developing product solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and solution workshops to illustrate product features and benefits. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Provide technical support during the sales process, including drafting proposals and responding to RFPs. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Assist in the development of sales strategies based on technical insights. Required Skills: Strong technical background, typically in engineering (BTech – Mechanical) Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams. Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with advanced degrees preferred for more complex products.
