Pre Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team and assist customers through the initial stages of the sales cycle. This role involves maintaining the sales flow, effective communication, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements.

· Assist the sales team in maintaining smooth sales operations and processes.

· Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients.

· Provide accurate information about products/services to potential customers.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.

· Maintain and update lead records and follow-up status in the CRM or tracking system.

· Support in preparing sales documentation and proposals as needed.

Required Skills:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to follow up diligently and handle multiple leads simultaneously.

· Team player with a collaborative attitude.

· Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
