Role Description This is an internship role for pre-sales at CloudBird Digital located in Noida. As a pre-sales intern, you will be involved in day-to-day activities related to sales support and customer inquiries. This is an on-site position based in Noida. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce our products/services. Gather information and provide initial product information to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve set targets. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information. Support the pre-sales team with additional tasks as needed. Key Requirements Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
