Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Programmer for dam gate automation located in Chennai. The #PLCProgrammer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PLC programs as well as field visits #troubleshooting and optimizing existing programs with the customer input. Candidate also collaborate with the engineering OEM team  to integrate PLC systems proficient with #WINCC and SCADA operations with other automation technologies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in #PLCprogramming, #WINCC , troubleshooting, upgrade and optimization

Experience in designing and developing PLC systems

Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems

Familiarity with #WINCC

#HMI , #siemens plc and SCADA systems

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

· The chosen candidate will operate from  Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC) server room  will entail field visits to the dam sites occasionally with the field requirement near Chennai region.

· The candidate will additionally undergo training with other real-time monitoring  software programs.
