Platform Manager – Wealth Tech

N53 Techworks (formerly ByteWise Techlabs) is hiring on behalf of a leading Indian enterprise for a Platform Manager to lead integration projects between our wealth platform and external systems. The role involves managing middleware-based integrations (APIs, queues, file transfers), coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring secure, timely, and stable delivery.

Experience: 8–10 years
Education: B.E./B.Tech + MBA from a reputed institute
Grade: Manager
Location & Work Type: Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects using middleware tools
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and external vendors
• Ensure secure and compliant data flows (APIs, Kafka, SFTP, etc.)
• Track delivery, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders
• Maintain documentation and support testing efforts

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management, ideally in fintech or SaaS
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and integration patterns
• Familiar with tools like Kong, Node.js, Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Good understanding of financial data formats (FIX, JSON, XML)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
