Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager -Plant and Machinery Experience : 10-15 years Job Description : Procure machinery, equipment for all sites through purchase team Source manpower for junior roles in P&M team after HODs approval Supply machinery to the ongoing projects and upcoming projects based on requirement and approval of HOD Ensure scheduled maintenance of machinery in prescribed intervals as per OEM Ensure sufficient spares availability in stock to avoid delay in repair/maintenance of machinery Arrangement of spares parts by raising the PR well in advance Ensure scheduled maintenance of the machinery is done on time through regular(fortnigh) meetings Visit projects on regular basis and conducting audits Check Log books & Check list, documents, Machinery Vs Manpower, field service report Maintain documents of all existing and new machinery (eg. PO/Invoice/ Commissioning / Warranty) Inter transfer of the available Manpower as per the requirement of respective sites Deploy new P & M operational and technical staff to the projects after necessary approvals (HOD) Co-ordinate with OEMs / Dealers for Maintenance and spares related activities Create Item codes of new spares to raise PR for further requirements (Item creation) Get approvals from the HOD for major periodic breakdowns, maintenance requiring outsourcing Provide technical support for purchase team and new machine or for spares Conduct P&M related monthly meetings with project mechanical & civil site execution in-charges Conduct stock audit on quarterly basis on spares at CMG Ensure action on any special activity assigned by HOD DME Mechanical/ Automobile or 10-15 years of experience if B.Tech in High rise buildings or from Infrastructure industry. Hands on experience in (Hydraulics equipment, Concrete machinery, TM (Transit mixer), Tower cranes, Passenger hoist, Material (Tower) hoist. Direct installation and alterations of machinery, and equipment as per sop and change control or CAPA. To submit daily reports of daily activities to Process Maintenance in charge. To monitor the safety in the execution of projects and maintenance activities in smooth condition. Maintaining equipment critical spares and availability on site. To perform any job allocated by the head of engineering/superior. To keep track of the consumption of materials procured and their reconciliation on a monthly basis. Day-to-day activity job allocation to Technicians. To follow and ensure the safety rules and regulations in the plant.
