Plant Head – Faucet & Chimney Division

REQUIRED SKIILS:

Strong administrative acumen with experience in managing plant services and statutory compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Exposure to SAP / ERP systems will be an added advantage.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Operations & Production Management

 Lead end-to-end plant operations for Faucet & Chimney divisions, ensuring adherence to production targets, quality, and delivery schedules.

 Drive productivity improvements and reduce production costs without compromising quality.

 Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and shift management.

People & Administration Management

 Manage a large workforce including supervisors, technicians, and contract labor.

 Ensure high employee morale, engagement, and a performance-driven culture.

 Handle administration functions including time office, canteen, transport, housekeeping, and compliance.

 Quality, Safety & Compliance

 Ensure strict adherence to ISO, EHS, and other statutory norms.

 Lead initiatives for workplace safety and zero-incident culture.

 Drive process audits, product quality improvements, and customer satisfaction.

 Cost Control & Efficiency

 Optimise resource utilisation – manpower, energy, materials, and machinery.

 Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma practices.

Cross-functional Coordination

 Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Maintenance, and top management for seamless operations.

 Represent plant performance in review meetings and recommend improvement strategies.
