Placement Officer

Job Title: Placement Officer We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer to join our team. The Placement Officer will be responsible for facilitating job and internship opportunities for students across courses like Digital Marketing, Logistics, and other vocational/skill-based programs offered by the institution. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and industry partners for placement opportunities. Identify hiring needs across industries and align them with student skill sets. Coordinate and schedule campus interviews, job fairs, and employer meets. Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career planning. Track and ensure successful placement of students in core and relevant roles. Maintain and update a placement database with student profiles, recruiter details, and placement outcomes. Prepare placement reports, employer feedback, and MIS data regularly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PG preferred, but not mandatory) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, career services Strong communication and networking skills Ability to handle multiple courses and batches simultaneously Knowledge of industries like Digital Marketing, Logistics etc is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
