Techmindz is a premier IT training institute based in Infopark, Kochi, backed by NDimensionz. We specialize in hands-on, industry-relevant training programs with a strong focus on student placements and career support.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive placement activities for all training programs by building and nurturing strong relationships with IT companies and hiring partners.
• Identify job opportunities, coordinate recruitment drives, and ensure successful student placements.
• Collaborate with the training team to align student readiness with industry expectations.
• Conduct career guidance sessions, resume-building workshops, and mock interviews.
• Maintain and update placement records, employer feedback, and student outcomes.
• Develop strategies to improve placement ratios and track placement performance metrics.
• Represent Techmindz in campus hiring, job fairs, and industry networking events.
• Continuously scout for new partnerships and internship opportunities across Infopark and beyond.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the IT job market, roles, and hiring trends.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor students in job readiness, interview prep, and career planning.
• Experience using placement or CRM tools to manage employer and student databases.
• Prior exposure to working in a training institute or educational environment is a plus.
