career Counseling: Guide students or job seekers on career paths, job search strategies, resume writing, interview skills, and professional development.
Job Placement: Actively liaise with employers to identify job openings and establish partnerships for student/job seeker placement. Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, qualifications, and career goals.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, alumni, and other stakeholders to expand job placement opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Coordination: Organize job fairs, recruitment events, workshops, and seminars to facilitate networking between students/job seekers and employers. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up activities between candidates and employers.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of job openings, candidate profiles, placement outcomes, and feedback. Utilize databases and software systems to track placement statistics and analyze trends for program improvement.
