Sounds like you Your new role – challenging and future- oriented Perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II / Rohr2 / Autopipe. Evaluate thermal expansion, seismic, wind, steam hammer, and other dynamic loads on piping systems. Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1, B31.3, and other relevant codes and standards. Review and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, and general arrangement drawings. Collaborate with piping designers, civil/structural engineers, and project managers to resolve stress-related issues. Prepare technical reports, stress analysis documentation, and support design reviews. Provide input on pipe support design and selection. Participate in field walkdowns and support construction and commissioning activities. Interface with clients and vendors to ensure technical requirements are met. Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks Must be self-motivated, results oriented, and be flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced team environment. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5–10 years of relevant experience in piping stress analysis, preferably in the power industry. Proficiency in CAESAR II, Rohr2 or AutoPIPE. Strong understanding of piping materials, supports, and layout principles. Familiarity with power plant systems (e.g., steam, condensate, feedwater, cooling water). Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.). Job Requirements 15 + years of experience in Oil & Gas Engineering projects with minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in Engineering, Design & Detailing. Hands on experience in P&ID, 3D modelling, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Field Experience, Veerum Tagging (Nice to have) Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to ensure On Time Quality Deliverable. i.e. Static Equipment/Vessel Design, Rotating Equipment Design, Piping Design, Structural design, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control system and Site team. Review, understand the Contract, Client Specification and the complete Scope of Work and ensure to have them implemented in Design. Conducting Design reviews, Review Vendor drawings & Material Take-Off (MTO). Review Design Calculation reports of PV Elite for Pressure Vessels, Tank and STAAD Reports for Structures & CAESAR-II for Pipe stress analysis. Standardization of designs, processes and tools for delivery, Monitoring and reporting of Design deliverables. Train the team members, competency mapping & skills matrix analysis. Effective utilization of Mechanical and E&I teams for engineering deliverables on time and defined quality criteria. Assign and monitor the individual workloads to optimize and adhere to project schedules as well as capacity management / resource planning. Progress monitoring, Review and Approval of all engineering deliverables -Ensures final design meeting customer requirements, international codes & standards and good engineering practice. Review the design change requests received from site and make necessary changes if required in design without compromising the codes and standards. Ensure that project lessons learnt document is prepared for all projects and subsequently necessary actions like standards and guidelines implemented. Participate in the project close out meeting and communicate the lessons learnt to all the disciplines and vice versa. Work Experience Good Communication skills - Makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens effectively; clarifies information as needed. Strong written communication skills as well as routine interactions with Project teams. Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to handle discussions / communications independently. Works in a Collaborative environment. Knowledge of ISO Standards, Legends, and symbols.

Create Piping Layout, Plans, Equipment Layouts, Piping BOM, Supports and Isometrics using AutoCAD 2D Collect data from sites and prepare drawing Understand PMS,VMS & P& ID. Proficiency in ADSK Plant3D/Cadworks software will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities Review technical inputs/ data received from customer for adequacy. Resolve technical queries related to product design Carry out design calculations and detailed engineering and make proposal. Plan design activities in consultation with Design manager Plan all product drawings as per sales order Review relevant design outputs (drawings) for adequacy Co-ordinate design review. Ensure that all designing, and development requirements (Plan/ Input/ Review/ Verification/ Validation/ Change control) are effectively met. Act as an interface between customer/ sales team and internal departments. Ensure control over relevant documents as applicable. Visit customer sites when required.
