Open Roles in Piping Engineering: 1. Piping Layout Engineer Key Responsibilities: Develop piping layouts and routing in 3D model environment (SP3D / E3D preferred). Coordinate with process, mechanical, structural, and instrumentation disciplines for interface management. Ensure compliance with project specifications, layout philosophies, accessibility, and maintainability. Review vendor package interface and modularization requirements. Participate in 3D model reviews and clash resolutions. Requirements: 515 years of experience in piping layout for offshore projects. Strong knowledge of layout guidelines, spacing standards, and design philosophy. Experience on FPSO topsides or modular plants preferred. 2. Piping Stress Engineer Key Responsibilities: Conduct piping stress analysis using Caesar II . Evaluate thermal expansion, nozzle loads, support design, seismic, and dynamic loads. Interface with layout, structural, and mechanical teams. Prepare stress reports and recommend support requirements. Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, API, DNV, and project standards. Requirements: 515 years in piping stress analysis. Proficient in Caesar II (mandatory). Experience with FPSO/offshore projects preferred. 3. 3D Administrator (Piping Systems) Key Responsibilities: Manage project 3D model environment (SP3D / E3D / PDMS). Set up project specs, pipe catalogs, piping components, and data integrity. Coordinate with IT/engineering teams to maintain database and project model. Troubleshoot issues in modeling tools and provide admin-level support. Monitor clash management and model review configurations. Requirements: 515 years of experience as a 3D administrator in piping systems. Strong hands-on knowledge of SP3D, E3D, or equivalent. Familiarity with piping specifications, class creation, and engineering data flows. 4. Piping Designer Key Responsibilities: Prepare piping isometrics, GADs, support drawings, and equipment layouts. Model piping components in 3D (SP3D / E3D / PDMS). Apply standard practices and project specifications to produce accurate deliverables. Coordinate with layout and stress teams for routing and support feasibility. Ensure deliverables are issued on time with quality checks. Requirements: 5–15 years of experience in piping design. Strong proficiency in 3D modeling tools (SP3D / E3D / PDMS). Offshore or FPSO project experience preferred.
