Role & responsibilities The Solar Engineer is responsible for providing innovative and comprehensive solutions in design engineering for commercial and utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects. The incumbent shall work in a collaborative, team-based environment. Working closely with Sales or BDT to offer best solution for each project. Model & simulate in PVSyst (or) Helioscope, design and Engineering of PV plants. Single line diagrams, Interconnection drawings, Solar field optimized layouts, Technical Specification preparation. Technical Bid evaluation for Grid connected Solar plant. Lead internal Operations team throughout project development and implementation. Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to collect the developments and improvement in Solar PV space. Assist Performance Assurance group with system performance monitoring. Preferred candidate profile Education : Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 to 13 years of experience in design engineering for commercial and utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects with a focus on electrical design and grid integration. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and simulation software (e.g., Pvsyst or helioscope ).

Roles and Responsibilities Handling multiple large-scale project in Wrench Smart System, Initialize Project DCI (Document Control Index) and Workflow. Submission of engineering documents as well as supplier/vendor documents through Transmittals through Wrench for Review & Approval / Receive and upload all client responses into the Wrench and distribute them to concerned project members Preparation of MIS Reports Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis for Project Manager and Engineering Manager Review Follow-up on the project documentation status (Overdue documents from Client and internal) for on-time completion of projects Provide final documentation as per customer requirements (Electronic / Hard Copy ) and ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained. Desired Candidate Profile Any Graduate with minimum 1 to 5 Yrs of experience in Document Controller function. Should have experience in distributing, registering and uploading MOM, Internal Memos, Update the revision of the drawings/documents into the master lists and in the database records. Providing guidance and support team members in the use of document control systems and routines. Etc. Should be expectionally good at MS office ( Word , Excel , PPT ) and it is a must.
