Job Description

We are looking for a skilled PHP Development Manager with 16 to 26 years of experience to lead our development team in Panzer Technologies, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and developing scalable web applications using PHP.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Design and implement scalable and efficient architectures for web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 16 years of experience in PHP development with a focus on management.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
