📞 Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their inquiries and service requests. ✅ Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly by providing accurate information and suitable solutions. 😃 Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers at all times. 📝 Record and update customer details, feedback, and interactions in the company database or CRM software. 📊 Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer service metrics like response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. 🔄 Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided. 💬 Collaborate with internal departments like operations, technical, and sales teams for issue escalation and resolution. 📚 Stay updated with product knowledge, service processes, and company policies to deliver accurate information. 🖥️ Assist in order processing, cancellations, returns, or refund requests as per company policy. 💡 Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
