Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Personal Banker with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in liabilities, branch banking, and personal banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain customer relationships to increase sales and revenue.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote bank products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Collaborate with the branch banking team to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in personal banking or a related field.
Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, and personal banking principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
